David S. Bader, MD, FACC
Dr. Bader has special expertise in Clinical,
Non-Invasive, and Preventive Cardiology. He
is Subspecialty Board certified in
Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology,
and is Director of the ICAEL certified South
County Cardiology Echocardiography Lab,
which also provides Echo services to South
County Hospital. Dr. Bader trained at Albany
Medical School in NY and Boston University
Medical Center in MA. He is the Director of
Cardiac Rehabilitation at South County
Hospital.

Neil Brandon, MD, FACC
Dr. Brandon specializes in Clinical and Non-
Invasive Cardiology. He is Subspecialty Board
certified in Echocardiography and Nuclear
Cardiology, and is Director of the ICANL
certified South County Cardiology Nuclear
Cardiology Lab. Dr. Brandon attended Sackler
School of Medicine, Tel Aviv, Israel; Hartford
Hospital in CT; and Upstate Medical
University in Syracuse, NY. He has additional
interests in promoting Heart Safe
Communities; Bariatric Medicine; and clinical
research projects based on his patient care
observations.

David J. Broza, MD, FACC
Dr. Broza has strong interests in Clinical and
Non-Invasive Cardiology. He is Subspecialty
Board certified in Echocardiography and
Nuclear Cardiology, and has additional
training in Cardiac CT and Bariatric Medicine.
Dr. Broza attended New York Medical College;
Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in NH;
and Penn State/Hershey Medical Center in
PA.

Steven R. Fera, MD, FACC
Dr. Fera has special expertise in Cardiac
Catheterization and Cardiac Pacemaker
Implantation. He is the Director of the South
County Hospital Cardiac Catheterization Lab
and a member of the hospital's ICU
Committee. He trained at Georgetown
University School of Medicine in Washington,
DC; Case Western Reserve University Hospital
in Cleveland; and Rhode Island Hospital in
Providence. Dr. Fera is Clinical Assistant
Professor of Medicine at Brown University,
and has served as President of the RI Affiliate
of the American Heart Association and
Governor of the RI Chapter of the American
College of Cardiology.

John F. Murphy IV, MD, FACC
Dr. Murphy has special expertise in Cardiac
Catheterization and is Subspecialty Board
certified in Echocardiography. He is Clinical
Assistant Professor of Medicine at Brown
University, and directs Clinical Research
projects for South County Cardiology. He
attended Brown University Medical School;
Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia,
PA; and Washington University, St. Louis. Dr.
Murphy is proficient in medical informatics,
and has developed an integrated electronic
medical records system that is in use by
South County Cardiology Associates.

Aaron Weisbord, MD, FACC
Dr. Weisbord specializes in Clinical and Non-
Invasive Cardiology. He is Subspecialty Board
Certified in Echocardiography and Nuclear
Cardiology, and has additional expertise in
Cardiac CT. He trained at the University of
Pennsylvania; UCLA School of Medicine; Beth
Israel Deaconness Medical Center; and Rhode
Island Hospital, where he was an awardwinning
teacher. Dr. Weisbord is based in our
North Kingstown office, and is available for
Clinical Consultations on Inpatients at Kent
Hospital.
